See below) **Our frozen pies are not pre-cooked, and should not be thawed prior to baking** Preheat oven to 350°F. Egg or milk wash top crust of frozen pie (this will give it a sheen and nice brown color when cooked). Using a sharp knife, cut 4 slits around center vent (raspberry pies require at least 8 cuts). Place frozen pie on cookie sheet and bake for about 1 hour or until crust is nice and browned. Enjoy! THAWING/BAKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR PECAN PIES: Our frozen pecan pies are pre-cooked. To serve, thaw for at least 3 hours at room temperature, or preheat oven to 250°F and warm for 1/2 hour. Enjoy! THAWING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREME PIES: Thaw for at least 3 hours under refrigeration.
