Join us at Belltown Hill Orchards Saturday, June 18th for a book signing and presentation by local sustainable agrigulture entrepeneur Emily Brooks, author of the brand new cookbook Connecticut Farmer & Feast!
The cookbook introduces readers to Connecticut's agricultural bounty and the local farmers and producers that work so hard to bring you fresh, native produce. Featuring over 40 Connecticut farmers and producers and an impressive variety of recipes, the cookbook informs consumers about where their food comes from, how to eat healthier through local, sustainable agriculture, and how to support the local farmers and producers in their communities.
Emily will present her new cookbook at Belltown at 10:00 am on Saturday June 18th, and will stay until 12:00 pm to sign your copy and answer any questions you may have! The event is free and open to the public; however seating is limited and will be first-come, first-serve.
