Our bakery is open daily in season, baking an assortment of pastries to tempt any taste bud.  Stop in and pick one out or call and order your favorite.  All pastry orders will be freshly baked unless requested otherwise.

For any larger amounts, we suggest calling ahead and pre-ordering to ensure the quantities and varieties are available.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FROZEN PIES:

(excludes Pecan and Creme Pies. See below) **Our frozen pies are not pre-cooked, and should not be thawed prior to baking** Preheat oven to 350°F. Egg or milk wash top crust of frozen pie (this will give it a sheen and nice brown color when cooked). Using a sharp knife, cut 4 slits around center vent (raspberry pies require at least 8 cuts). Place frozen pie on cookie sheet and bake for about 1 hour or until crust is nice and browned. Enjoy!  

Pecan Pie Thawing/Baking:

Our frozen pecan pies are pre-cooked. To serve, thaw for at least 3 hours at room temp, or preheat oven to 250°F and warm for 1/2 hour. Enjoy!  

Creme Pie Thawing:

Thaw for at least 3 hours under refrigeration. Enjoy!  

Fruit Crisps Baking:

Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes. Enjoy!
